Drawing cones with Carbide mix coating “DIAMOND 2000”

It is a unique and exclusive Carbide mix used to coat steel parts machined and lapped in our workshop. This type of coating is directly welded on the support, granting a perfect anchoring and giving an exceptional duration of life. Deep studies and tests with "DIAMOND 2000" allowed us to have the specific actual grit size giving exceptional wire pulling. A superb level of finishing is attainable on this type of coating.  

RTP Paganoni has the ability to coat parts supplied by the customer as well as to manufacture new brand ones, on customer drawing. Application: "DIAMOND 2000" coating is suitable both for ferrous and non ferrous wires.
