Horizontal flyer pay-off for wire coils

The horizontal flyer pay-off made by Lämneå Bruk AB is suitable for pay-ing off wire coils of high carbon steel wire.

It consists of a horizontal beam on which the wire coils are placed. A Pusher installed along the horizontal beam handles the positioning of the wire coils in an easy and efficient way. A motor driven flyer towards the drawing machine is able to ensure a smooth paying-off process.

The typical wire coil size has an external diameter between 1250 and 1300mm.
