BOW TECHNOLOGY offers a comprehensive range of 600+ bow designs for all brands, adapted to customer’s specifications. Thanks to SETIC’s 70-year experience in the field of double-twist machines, BOW TECHNOLOGY provides a complete service, from design works to worldwide express distribution and evaluation trials. BOW TECHNOLOGY and SETIC are headquartered in the same facility and therefore share the same engineering force with the aim of achieving optimized results.

The BOW team is always looking for the best possible solution to meet production requirements on high-speed equipment, such as 630/800 mm bunchers and large double twist cablers/stranders 1000/1250/1600/1800 (Cortinovis, Lesmo, Caballe, Setic, etc.). All essential criteria are discussed in detail with the customer’s maintenance and production workforce.

And that’s not all. The BOW division also proposes the innovative and patented GreenBow, available for Niehoff D630/D631, Samp BM630, Lesmo DTO-630, and Setic TA630Ki / TA630Ni / TD-TC630i. Its exclusive design attracts bare copper producers looking for energy savings and top-quality productions. A clean line shape and protected wire path enhance the double twist machines performances. Comfort of use is also improved thanks to a better air penetration (noise reduction). As far as the final cable is concerned, GreenBow allows achieving better characteristics as it protects wires from aerodynamic turbulence.
