The BP-104 is a vertical packaging machine (VFFS) compliant with the latest EU quality standard. It features a reel holder with motorized rollers with fine centering film, a cross sealing unit with a 300 mm pneumatically operated sealing bar, PLC temperature control, and FESTO pneumatic equipment.

The 45-degree inclined version is available, ideal for packing heavy components in PE bags.

The BP-110 poly bagger is a compact vertical machine that creates bags with variable lengths through a sleeve-type tubular film. This unit can be combined with a scale or a counter, but it can also be installed under a sorting machine to automatically bag the output material.This machine is particularly indicated for small metal and plastic parts, such as screws and bolts, and can use printed film to create bags of different sizes for a customized result.
