Single and double chamfering machines for bars

EME designs and manufactures state-of-the-art single and double chamfering and beveling machines for bars, used to produce uniform, smooth, and beveled edges. The Italy-based company's machines are available in two different models, either single or double.

The BS model single beveling machine is used to bevel bars of variable length, only on a single end.

The BD double beveling machine, on the other hand, consists of two units - also known as “beveling heads” - on which the working heads are mounted. The bar positioning units, which are in charge of placing the bars in correct position for the chamfering operation, are placed in the center of the machine. Thanks to this model, it is possible to achieve smooth, polished, and oxidation-free surfaces.
