Eurolls Industrial offers a complete range of high-performance cold rolling and stretching lines. These machines, part of the Teurema brand, provide a comprehensive solution for reinforcement wire manufacturers.

Cold rolling lines
Cold rolling lines designed and manufactured by Eurolls Industrial SpA offer a compact and versatile solution for the production of smooth or ribbed wire for reinforced concrete. These are fully modular lines that can consist of one, two, or three bull blocks (optional for small diameter wire, e.g., 3.40 mm). They can be equipped with modular degreasers, lubricating units, thermal stress relieving units to improve fiber arrangement after rolling, vertical or horizontal spoolers, and cutting units. With deep process knowledge and in-house production of rolling cassettes and rolls, Eurolls Industrial ensures comprehensive support and spare parts supply. Currently, the range of cold rolling lines is divided into 3 model series: the NLGH series, the NGLH "+1" series, and the NGLEH 760-610S series.

NLGH series
With a maximum production speed of up to 20 m/s, these lines have a configuration with horizontal bull blocks, ensuring ergonomic and safe operations. Each block can be equipped with one or two rolling cassettes, allowing for quick wire production changeover. High-performance models are equipped with a water cooling system for the capstans. Machines in this series can also be combined with straightening and cutting units for bar production.

NLGH "+1" series 
These models feature similar characteristics to the NLGH series, but with the "+1" capstan configuration, additional wire reduction can be achieved using the same block.

NLGEH series 
These lines also allow for wire stretching after rolling and can process wire with diameters ranging from 4.00 to 16.00 mm, with a maximum stretching speed of 15 m/sec. The line mounts a "V"-shaped capstan for wire rod stretching, and a triple capstan for cold rolling (two for reduction and a third for stress relieving). The mechanical degreasing system acts as a stretching panel for the production of high ductility materials and is fully sealed with an additional soap-coating unit.

Wire stretching lines 
Wire stretching lines are highly versatile and can produce wire compliant with all reinforcement classes required by the latest international standards. They ensure maximum flexibility and ease of production and can be integrated with stress relieving units to further improve the properties of the final product, cold rolling blocks, additional lubrication units, spoolers (horizontal or vertical, single or double), and wire straightening and cutting units.

MV 760-1200 series 
The MV series features two capstan blocks with one or two vertical axes and can reach a maximum speed of 10 or 12 m/s. The line can be equipped with supports for cold rolling cassettes and a "V"-profile capstan with a diameter ranging from 760 to 1200 mm. It also offers a patented wire ribbing system and a hydraulic safety system to prevent potential hazards to the operator in case of emergency. Additionally, it is equipped with the latest generation of low-inertia asynchronous motors and gearless transmission.
