The horizontal spooling machine, HSPM series is developed to satisfy the need of a machine which is compact flexible and takes large spool weights.

The main frame, headstock and tailstock are of heavy steel construction fully able to withstand the loads imposed by modern high speed operations. The frame of the machine is self-supporting and need only a flat surface for installation.

The machine is built by using standard components to the maximum possible extent, no special electrical drives or cards etc. which means that all parts can be found locally.

The frame is built in a sturdy welded box type construction of laser-cut metal. The rigidity of the framework is optimized by structure analysis calculations.
