Automatic straightening machines: BITRONIC 3 / BITRONIC 4
The electronically controlled automatic plants within the "Bitronic 3" and the “Bitronic 4” series allow the straightening of wire from coil, cold drawn or hot rolled wire, for the production of cut to length bars up to 12m. The unique "MEP SYSTEM" straightening system guarantees an overall quality and maximum production flexibility within the specific client requirements. The different models available, are able to solve the most varied of problems favouring high production capabilities.

Diameters processed from 6 to 16 mm, cold-drawn and hot rolled wire.
Two wires may be processed simultaneously, up to a maximum diameter of 12 mm.
Maximum speed : BITRONIC 3: 1,5 m/s; BITRONIC 4 : 2m/s.

Automatic straightening machines: RF 10/20
The RF series of straightening & cutting machines allows the straightening and cutting to length of cold drawn or hot-rolled wire (smooth or ribbed) up to a length of 12 metres. The straightening is carried out by means of a traditional rotor group with dies/bushes. The different versions proposed allow the resolution of a great variety of problems related to the different diameter ranges processed and the type of work to be carried out. The RF/10 and RF/20 versions use a manual positioning mechanical measuring system and are hence suited to the production of standard measurements and lengths.
On the other hand, the Multiprogram versions are characterized by an electronic programmer which allows the input of up to 20 different lengths and quantities of bars to be cut, hence facilitating high flexibility production.

The straightening system is guaranteed by the spinning of the rotor, which has Tungsten carbide bushes internally positioned at different spacings and locations based on the diameter and quality of the wire to be processed. The RF/20 and RF/20M versions have a mechanical speed-change mechanism for the different diameters.

Automatic straightening machines: RH &WRR
The electronically-controlled automatic plants within the RH and WRR series allow the straightening of wire from coil, cold-drawn or hot-rolled wire, for the production of cut-to-length bars up to 12 m.

Both types of machine employ hyperbolic rotor straightening technology: the WRR is multi-line (up to 6 independent lines with fully automatic diameter change); the RH is single- or double-line. The choice of these products guarantees maximim flexibility with respect to specific production needs, allowing high production volume (for single diameters) or flexibility (for different diameters).
The hyperbolic rotor straightening system comprises a rotating body with internal rollers at various inclinations and positions. This specific technology eliminates the problems of wire damage which are usually encountered with the traditional systems which use the known technology of spinner rotors.

In the RH series, the straightening line comprises a patented tailstock mechanism which allows the operator to quickly and easily change rotors depending on the diameter being processed.

In the WRR series, the independent straightening lines, each with its own hyperbolic rotor and counting / measuring unit, are mounted on a mobile table which allows for fast and completely automatic diameter change.

Automatic straightening & cutting machine: WRR 16/8 D
Automatic, electronically controlled plant of the WRR series, which allows the straightening and cutting-to-length of cold drawn and hot rolled wire from coil, up to a length of 12m. The machine is fitted with 8 independent hyperbolic rotor straightening groups which allow completely automatic and rapid diameter change. This double line version permits the simultaneous processing of two coils which notably increases the plant’s productivity.

Diameters ranging from 6 to 16 mm can be processed; 2 wires, each of maximum diameter 16mm may be processed simultaneously.
