TIG welding systems with magnetic arc oscillator for tube and pipe production

One of the best-selling systems in the world, these machines allow the production of high quality stainless steel pipes with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm at high speed.
The magnetic arc oscillator installed on the last electrode moves the weld pool removing any gas inclusions and impurities, further protecting the weld bead from oxidation.

The system can be equipped with a 25mm three cathode torch or a TIG-TIG dual cathode torch. The torches are water-cooled and can be adjusted independentely. The system offers several advantages including: up to 50% saving on shielding gas, better weld bead, reduced maintenance for consumables change and longer lasting electrodes.
