In recent years, laser welding systems have become increasingly popular in the tube manufacturing industry. Also Olimpia 80 offers complete laser welding lines for stainless steel tubes with outstanding performances.

Machines and lines designed and manufactured by the company offer maximum precision, allowing great production capacity. A wide range of laser lines (CO2 or FIBER) is used for the production of:

- austenitic stainless steel tubes (AISI SERIES 300);

- ferritic stainless steel tubes (AISI SERIES 400);

- duplex and super duplex stainless steel tubes;

- tubes made of special alloys.

Complete lines are suitable for tubes with a diameter from 6 mm to 406 mm.

We offer all necessary or recommended accessories to achieve the tube quality level required by our final customer.

Each line is then set up to ensure the final product required by the customer.

It is possible to acquire vertical strip accumulators, flap wheel bead grinders, magnetic bead rollers, and flying shear units as stand-alone pieces of equipment.
