Drawing oil for copper rod and wire drawing

Founded in 2005, Aztech Lubricants offers its customers copper rod and wire drawing oils.

Here following all the available lubricants:

EZDraw CP10: designed and formulated to offer excellent performances and reduce foam build up in drawing machines. This copper rod and wire drawing lubricant is composed of biocide, corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers and special lubricity additives.

EZDraw CP40: this semi-synthetic copper rod and wire drawing lubricant is ideal for most drawing application. Made up of lubricity additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and biocide it is particularly suitable to keep your system clean.

EZDraw CP90: this highly concentrated synthetic copper rod and wire drawing lubricant is designed to provide great performance in drawing application by keeping your system clean and extending your bath life. Composed of newly developed lubricity additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and biocide, it ensures the cleanliness of the wire surface during processing.

EZDraw CQ1: this soluble oil is particularly recommended for the continuous annealing of nonferrous wire. Combined with emulsifiers, water conditioners, corrosion inhibitors, and lubricating ingredients prevents water spotting and ensures a clean finish on nonferrous wire coating.

EZDraw EMULS9: this blend of emulsifiers and pH buffers, when added to a lubricant system, will help prolong lubricant solution life and boost system cleanliness. 

EZDraw PHU: utilized for lubricant emulsion systems this drawing oil is made up of a mild alkaline neutralizer and pH buffering.
