Saw blades for wood

Moreschi has been marketing HW circular saw blades for cutting wood and plywood materials all over the world since 1980. The Italy-based company's HW blades are widely used in a variety of industries, such as shipyards, furniture factories, sawmills, construction, and much more.

Made from hot or cold rolled sheet metal, Moreschi blades are designed for cutting operations along and across soft, hard, and exotic woods, chipboard, MDF, and plywood panels. The tips are, instead, made of hard metal produced by the sintering of carbides of different elements (W, Ta, Nb, and others).

Upon request, the company develops custom geometries with variable pitches and rake angles featuring carbide and PCD tips to achieve the best possible performance.
