GIFA Southeast Asia 2025, the 3rd international foundry fair and forum for Southeast Asia will showcase a range of foundry systems, including casting machines, pouring equipment, moulding, core making, die making, and more. The next edition will take place at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), from September 17 to 19, 2025.
All about the foundry sector in Southeast Asia
The exhibition will feature a comprehensive range of technologies for the foundry sector, including additive manufacturing and 3D printing, casting machines, and pouring equipment. It will cover diecasting technology, complete foundry plants with engineering and construction services, and advanced foundry technologies. Additionally, there will be solutions for melting shops, moulding and core making, as well as moulding sands, including preparation and reclamation. The showcase also includes pattern and die making technologies, alongside refractory technology for enhancing foundry processes.
Rethinking growth and diversification in Thailand
Thailand, already a manufacturing hub, will continue attracting multinationals within ASEAN. Businesses are expected to rethink their strategies, revising investment plans, exploring new models, and diversifying supply chains to minimize risks. Meanwhile, emerging Southeast Asian countries hold significant growth potential, driving steel demand due to infrastructure and property developments.
