CabWire Training Fundamental Workshops, programme announced
The International Wire and Machinery Association (IWMA) is delighted to announce the full programme for the 2019 CabWire Training Fundamental Workshops, which will take place on 2nd - 3rd April at The University of Southampton, UK.
The training workshops on 2nd April are education sessions in the basic fundamentals of the processes that go into wire & cable manufacturing, presented by experts in their field. There is both a Ferrous and non-Ferrous programme covering a number of topics including - wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, armouring, dies, automation systems and many more.
IWMA is also very excited to announce that the second day, 3rd April, will be an exclusive organised visit to Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited located in nearly Eastleigh, part of the global Prysmian Group, for a tour of their customer centre, optical factory, special cables factory and the viewing platform of the high voltage laboratory. This price of this tour is included in your CabWire ticket.
