South African wire exporters at wire Düsseldorf 2024

1,500 exhibitors from 62 countries, 63,000 visitors: the South African Wire Association (SAWA) and South African wire exporters were proudly represented at the world-renowned wire 2024 exhibition held in Düsseldorf, Germany, this past April, facing strong competition from around the globe.

The SAWA booth was well-situated in Hall 11, with colorful graphics and videos promoting the products and expertise offered by participating members: Allens Meshco, Consolidated Wire Industries, McKinnon Chain, Haggie Wire Ropes, and Wire Supplies. Participation at this prestigious event provided the opportunity for SAWA members to enhance and increase their exposure and connect with international buyers. It was very encouraging for members to receive numerous clients and visitors at their booths, strengthening existing relationships and discussing new business opportunities.

Members were also able to visit and experience the latest wire machinery and technologies showcased by all the major machine manufacturers.

Everyone agreed that the show was a success, and SAWA members are looking forward to positive results from inquiries they received.
