Introducing FAT Dynamics, the new dynamic stress testing machine by Easydur

Easydur is excited to present FAT Dynamics, a new dynamic machine for tests up to 20Hz.
This cutting-edge machine has been conceived to enable customers to work with several applications, such as spring testing, pharma testing, automotive & aerospace testing, and more. It can perform sinusoidal cycles, recording all performed measures for hours, days, or even weeks, with maximum energy savings.

One of the strongest selling points is the servo-electrical actuator that replaces the traditional servo-hydraulic actuator, or low performance pneumatic one.

This model is equipped with 5 load cells and 5 external channels. Furthermore, thanks to the integrated 4.0 Easydynamics software, it’s also pretty easy to configure the amplitude, frequency, speed, number of cycles, and data capture range. All possible physical properties of the performed test (namely force, position, time, speed and temperature) can then be displayed on a chart and consulted.
