Chamfer testing of compression springs: objective and accurate measurements with the new CAL-CF01

Microstudio presents CAL-CF01, the new camera gauge for checking the internal chamfer of helical compression springs.

Designed in response to the need to perform increasingly precise checks, CAL-CF01 allows you to make simple and immediate measurements: just place the spring on the measuring surface and that's it, the device will instantly provide the minimum and maximum chamfer value and the chamfered coil angle.

Thanks to the special illuminator and telecentric optics, CAL-CF01 provides objective and accurate measurements. A top cover protects the measuring system from dust build-ups and light. Another significant advantage is portability: the extremely compact size and weight, together with the practical handle on the side, make it easy to transport CAL-CF01 wherever you need.
