Improved PMA manual tester for compression and tension springs

MicroStudio is pleased to introduce the upgraded version of the PMA manual spring tester, now even more efficient, precise, and user-friendly.

Thanks to its intuitive interface—featuring a force graph, load tolerance indicator, and fast and micrometric adjustment—the PMA allows users to perform tests in just a few simple steps.



Testing speed
By setting two test positions using the locking rods, the system ensures fast and repeatable positioning for each measurement.

Test recipes
Users can store a control plan with nominal values and tolerance limits for each spring code and load it when needed.

Advanced data management
When connected to a PC, the PMA leverages the PMAR8 software to manage measurements, perform statistical analysis, and generate test reports. It also enables centralized management of measurement data across the entire range of MicroStudio instruments, even over a network.
