IVM is the new 3D measuring system for torsion springs and wire bent parts of any shape

MicroStudio presents the greatest innovation in spring measuring instruments of recent years.

Introducing IVM, a 3D dimensional measuring system for torsion springs and round wire bent parts of any shape. Efficient, precise, and user-friendly, it allows measurements that were previously impossible.

Efficiency: IVM does not require an accurate positioning of the piece to be measured.
You just need to place the piece on one of the provided supports and then start the acquisition.

Precision: IVM minimizes errors, as incorrect positioning by the operator cannot alter the measurements.

Measurements: IVM can also detect measurements that are nearly impossible with standard 2D profile projectors, such as the concentricity and the angle between two coils, and so much more. It also allows exporting the 3D drawing in STEP format.

Wide measuring range: the machine can analyze any round wire bent part that fits within the 100 x 100 x 95 mm measuring volume, even when positioned diagonally to increase the maximum measurable length.

MicroStudio’s history began in 1988, with the installation of the first camera in the world on a wrapping machine by the company’s founder. Since then, Microstudio has been innovating in spring measurement and control techniques.
