Machines, tools, and software: all the new products by MicroStudio

On Monday, June 20, the curtain finally opened on wire & Tube 2022, the most important trade fair for wire and tube industry players. As a leading company in the field of measurement and control systems for springs, MicroStudio couldn't miss it, and at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition center it showcased the innovations developed over the past 4 years.

The Italy-based company presented several new machines:
- MCP30: machine for the adjustment and testing of the spring loads and compression;
- FCF2-FCL2 and FCF3-FCL3: two automatic springs loading systems;
- TFT: fatigue testing machine for springs and torsion.

MicroStudio also showcased some instruments to support its machinery:
- LED2D-xx-B: fast, simple and easy-to-use profile projector;
- CAL-CF01: gauge for chamfer measurement;
- IVM: innovative 3D measuring tool for torsion springs and shaped wires.

With its deep knowledge of the springs field, the company has developed some specific software, conceived for the world of measurement and inspection:
- 8-WEB: for departmental control using tablets connected to PMAR8 software;
- 8-STARTUP: for approval during production startup.
