Let's delve into the details of the innovations and differences between the new LED2D-B model and the consolidated LED2D-H version. For over 15 years, MicroStudio's LED2D camera profile projectors have been recognized for their ability to acquire and measure the dimensions of a part in fractions of a second. The LED2D-H model, which offers more comprehensive features, is perfectly suited for final inspections. On the other hand, the LED2D-B model has been designed to meet the needs of flexible and rapid inspections without requiring sophisticated control programs.

Here is a brief overview of the main features shared by both versions:

- The "caliper" function allows point-to-point measurements without any configurations, as well as automatic measurements for standard shapes such as torsion springs, compression springs, rings, etc.

- Profile export in CAD or DXF format.

- Utilization of a "virtual tracing paper".

The LED2D-H version provides additional advanced functionalities, such as motorized focus and the use of the PMAR8 Software, which allows to save and archive measurements, generate elaborate statistics, and process controls.
