Not only springs: MicroStudio launches a new control system for sealing rings

MicroStudio presents LX-265, the new inspection system designed to check the roundness of the sealing rings.

In detail, the rings are mounted on a template that simulates the working position. This is inserted into the instrument and rotated by means of a motor. The LX-265's sensors do the rest, providing an accurate and fast measurement of the entire adhesion surface of the sealing ring.

The maximum distance between the ring and the seat is displayed on the screen and can be stored and managed with MicroStudio PMAR8 software for further analysis and reporting.
