2R750HD: REGG Rolling’s masterpiece

REGG Rolling’s masterpiece is the 2R750HD rolling machine, the perfect ally for every kind of rolling. The 750 kN (75 tons per slide) machine is equipped with automatic load and it is capable of thru-feed rolling bars from 12 up to 50mm with an inclination of 8° maintaining micrometrical tolerances. 

All the mechanical components have been designed with F.E.M. analysis to obtain the most rigid structure for less die wearing. The direct Drive and the zero-backlash gear reducers on the two spindles are designed for perfect die matching and quick set-up. Quick, reliable and rigid, with a user-friendly man-machine interface with proprietary software, the 2R750HD rolling machine meets the requirements of all customers!
