First show of the year: REGG Inspection heading to Germany

REGG Inspection Srl (based in Gorgonzola, Milan), is glad to participate in Fastener Fair Global 2023, scheduled to run in Stuttgart from March 21 to 23.

The company showcase will be housed in a 63 m² booth No. 2240, in Hall 3. It will include the latest i600G inspection machine for complete parts inspection, accessorized with a glass table allowing a thorough inspection on every side of the item. REGG Inspection Srl provides practical solutions for high-speed and high-precision inspection of fasteners, screws, nuts, rivets and ammunition.



One of the most valuable additions to the company’s production range is the three-dies rolling machine 3R125-HD, designed for threading hollow parts. A new "sandwich" type frame grants stable rolling, resulting in a longer die lifespan. The CNC control system guarantees a quick changeover, easy maintenance, and automation. The linear guides are highly durable, and the rolling operation is 0.001 mm precise.

The three-dies rolling machine 3R125-HD can be integrated with the Fanuc Collaborative Robot CRX-10IA/L. This robot moves the samples or tubes in and out of the Rolling Machine and onto the Opto Gauge Line Nano 5AI measuring system for first article inspection. This integration ensures the precise assessment of parameters and tolerances.
