Guess what? REGG Inspection renews its presence at IMTS 2024

As per every even year, the IMTS - International Manufacturing Technology Show will take place in Chicago, this time from September 9 to 14, and REGG Inspection can’t miss the event! Nano and Cube V. 2023 first article inspection devices

REGG Inspection is thrilled to introduce the latest versions of the Opto Gauge Line measuring systems: Nano and Cube V.2023, developed in close collaboration with customers to perform first article inspection processes all at once. 

“In addition to the already efficient features (such as real-time measurement, automatic data collection, possibility to have optional accessories), we have implemented significant enhancements in the REGG Vision proprietary software. Our focus remains on developing innovative solutions, featuring increased accuracy and repeatability, user-friendly operation and programming, and a fresh design.”

Thanks to their modular, compact, and portable design, the Nano and Cube devices will replace all those several expensive, traditional measuring tools, such as calipers and benches. The systems are also independent of temperature variations and human mistakes, delivering reliable and accurate results.

New 2-die thread rolling machine R40HD

REGG Rolling, a division of REGG Inspection, designs and manufactures high precision 2 and 3-die thread rolling machines. The company produces very robust cylindrical rolling machines for cold and warm rolling of high tensile materials such as 12.9 steel, titanium, inconel and other exotic alloys. The machines are equipped with FANUC or SIEMENS CNC controls.
The new R40HD rolling machine is a high-speed 2-dies thread rolling machine, offering several benefits to fasteners manufacturers willing to minimize die wear and improve performances:

- all mechanical components have been designed with F.E.M. analysis to obtain the most rigid structure for less die wear;
- higher resilience due to its sturdy and robust frame construction;
