Save the date: come find REGG Inspection at Fastener Fair Italy 2022
After the JIMTOF overseas experience, REGG Inspection has returned home for the upcoming Fastener Fair Italy, slated for November 30 until December 1, at Fiera Milano City; come visit at booth 1134, hall 3.
It will be a short but intense exhibition, where you will be able to see the three-dies rolling machine 3R125-HD, designed for threading small diameters. The new ‘sandwich’ type frame ensures a very stable rolling, resulting in a longer die life. The Siemens PLC controlled system guarantees a quick changeover time (around 20 minutes), as well as easy maintenance and automation. The linear guides are extremely robust, and the rolling operation is 0.001 mm precise.
On the inspection side, visitors will see the Nano 5AI of the Opto Gauge Line Inspection System, developed to inspect small parts through high-resolution digital camera systems with high-quality telecentric optics. The special “guest star” of this show will be the Fanuc Collaborative Robot CRX-10IA/L, a mechanical support that helps feed the tubes inside REGG’s rolling machine.
