i600-L Series

The i600-L machine series is designed for comprehensive inspection of medium/large-sized fasteners. Specifically, this type of machine covers a range from M4 to M20.

The two granite bases reduce vibrations caused by the operation of other machinery, ensuring greater stability.

The systems are equipped with up to 5 cameras for visual inspection and can be provided with modules for mechanical recess control, laser inspection, and eddy current cracks detection. The high-quality bi-telecentric optics ensure sharp and precise images, while the telecentric LED lights direct and IP65 certified backlights guarantee proper illumination throughout the entire inspection process.

The machines boast high production capacity, up to 500 pieces per minute.
