Zumbach strengthens its presence in Mexico and renews focus on growth and innovation

Zumbach Electronic has a long-standing history in Mexico, dating back to the 1970s. Initially, the company’s service and maintenance activities were coordinated and performed by its USA-based operations. For the past two decades, Zumbach has taken a more localized approach by deploying service engineers based in Mexico, ensuring faster and more efficient support for local customers, while having Spanish speaking customer service resources always available in the USA.
In 2025, Zumbach is taking a significant step forward by expanding its sales force with a locally based team in Mexico. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to the Mexican market, which it sees as a key growth area within the Americas. To further solidify its position, Zumbach is exhibiting at wire Mexico, aiming to showcase its advanced products and solutions at Stand 623 to a broader audience in the wire, cable, and steel manufacturing sectors.
Innovative solutions on display
During the event Zumbach will highlight its cutting-edge technology and comprehensive solutions, including:
• ODAC® laser measuring heads: non-contact measuring devices designed for precise measurement of diameter, ovality, and roundness in all round products.
• USYS processor and controller: a robust system for recording, processing, displaying, and controlling parameters and measurements from Zumbach devices.
• BARMASTER software: paired with the USYS IPCe Processor Unit, this modular software extension is tailored for process optimization in centerless grinding, bar peeling, and cold steel applications.
• PROFILEMASTER® PMM measuring system: a solution for measuring profiles of various types using light section processing techniques.
• STEELMASTER dimension measuring system: a non-contact measurement system that detects shape variances in warm and cold-rolling production processes.
A focus on growth and collaboration
By exhibiting at wire Mexico, Zumbach aims to deepen its engagement with local manufacturers, increase its market share, and enhance its presence in the region. With its expanded sales force and state-of-the-art solutions, the company is well-positioned to support the evolving needs of wire, cable, and steel manufacturers in Mexico.
Zumbach’s continued investment in the Mexican market highlights its commitment to innovation, customer service, and long-term growth in the Americas.
