ASC G-SERIES: pay-offs with safety perimeter guards

Over the years, Microstudio has produced more than 1,600 pay-offs, mainly used in line with spring-forming machines. Ensuring the safety of the production line and providing adequate protection for operators can be complicated for customers. For this reason, Microstudio has developed safety perimeter guards that offer maximum safety with a negligible size, allowing easy access for material loading.

The perimeter guards are designed to be easy to move, without fixing to the ground, or, if necessary, with a single fixing, especially where the pay-off is at risk of being dragged by the spring forming machine.

The ASC G-Series pay-offs are equipped with safety perimeter guards that simplify securing the line. Each pay-off is fitted with a specific barrier for its configuration:

• no space is wasted, as the guard is designed directly around the pay-off;
• an electric lock on larger models guarantees absolute safety even with large moving masses;
• a special door system allows for quick access for minor interventions and a wider opening to facilitate material loading;
• the perimeter guard is free-standing and fixed to the pay-off. In case of larger models, there is no need for every column to be fixed to the ground.
