LED3D three-dimensional camera analyzers for compression springs will benefit from a number of new features, thanks to this fantastic upgrade and other hardware innovations. Let's see together the main ones.

Determining the exact number of the coils and calculating all the necessary data related to both ends will not require turning the part upside down.

Real-time suggestions.
The V20 software can suggest the possible corrections to make on the first and last coil in order to obtain better perpendicularity and parallelism.

New motorized vision system.
Fast spring positioning for the automatic calculation of the grinding angle.

Moreover, MicroStudio has developed ad-hoc solutions to enable retrofitting some of these features on existing LED3D systems.
