MicroStudio: loading and feeding systems for MC54 settling and inspection machines

MicroStudio, a well-known company in the spring machinery industry, would like to inform its customers of the possibility to accessorize the new MC54-1000 and MC54-2000 machine line with an FCL3 loader or FCF3 feeder. The system is also compatible with the MC54-4000 model.

FCF3 is an automatic feeder for compression springs, which, through a practical plate-lifting structure, orients the springs on a two-row horizontal belt. After that, they are ready to be picked up by the FCL3 loader grippers and placed on the turntable of the MC54 load control machines.
