Microstudio customers are already familiar with the RDZ 1000 settling machines for high-volume compression springs. Now, Microstudio is proud to introduce the new RDS 1000, designed for fast, simple, and safe settling of small spring batches.

With a robust structure and a tiltable plate loading system, the RDS 1000 is a flexible, user-friendly, and quick-to-set-up solution.

Ease of use
The machine features quick-change tool kits and a 10” display that guides operators in setting up the settling cycle, including force, cycle count, and more. Its auto-learning function enables fast recipe creation and storage, optimizing setup for various spring types. With high versatility, the RDS 1000 handles loads from a few Newtons to 1000 N.

Operator safety without complications
A certified SLS system ensures safe low-speed operation with the door open, enabling easy and quick adjustments.

The machine's sturdy build and smart electronics prevent operational errors, ensuring proper plate positioning and overload protection.
