Track roller bearings for material handling and iron industry

Track roller bearings for material handling and iron industry

The C.R. track roller bearings are designed to meet the needs of various industrial sectors, including material handling, steelmaking, drilling, machine tools, marble and granite cutting equipment, as well as bottling and packaging systems. These bearings cover a wide range of mechanical applications, ensuring high performance, operational reliability, and production continuity. In particular, the RSU series—dedicated to large-size bearings—offers the ideal solution for applications requiring robustness and durability under heavy-duty operating conditions.

NUTR support roller for high pressure and impact

NUTR rollers are ideal as cam followers and conveyor rollers, thanks to their thick, ground outer ring with double flange and crowned profile, designed to handle both axial and radial loads. Versions with cylindrical profile are also available.

The inner ring features holes and channels for lubrication. Ground washers and steel plates form a labyrinth sealing system; one washer can be closed for end-shaft mounting.

Full complement structure with flat-ended, ground rollers. Standard tolerance or, on request, P5 class (DIN 620).

PWTR support roller with ZRS seals for heavy-duty applications

PWTR rollers are designed for high loads and intense impacts in applications such as cam followers, conveyors, and forklift masts. Compared to the NUTR series, they feature integrated ZRS seals combining steel and rubber components for superior protection against contamination.

The thick, ground outer ring includes a double retention flange and crowning for even load distribution. Versions with cylindrical outer profile are also available. The inner ring is equipped with holes and channels for lubrication.

Labyrinth sealing system with ground washers and steel plates. One washer can be closed for end-shaft mounting. Full complement roller design, with standard tolerance or P5 class (DIN 620) available on request.

NUKR stud-type track roller with thick outer ring and threaded stem

NUKR stud-type rollers are ideal for heavy-duty applications such as cam followers, featuring a thick, ground, and crowned outer ring designed to withstand high pressures and loads with axial components. A cylindrical profile version is also available on request.

The stud includes a threaded stem, an integrally machined roller guide flange, and a hardened raceway. The head can be supplied with a hex socket or, on request, with a slot for a flat-head screwdriver. Steel sealing plates form an effective labyrinth system against contamination.

Internal full complement structure with flat-ended, ground cylindrical rollers. Lubrication is ensured by holes and channels in the stud. Available with standard tolerance or in P5 class (DIN 620).

PWKR stud-type track roller with ZRS seals and lubricant chamber

The PWKR stud-type roller is designed for high loads and heavy impacts, typical of cam follower applications. It differs from the NUKR series by featuring ZRS seals (steel + rubber) and an internal grease chamber formed between the outer ring’s raceways.

The thick, ground outer ring with double flange is crowned to reduce lateral load concentrations. A cylindrical profile version is also available. The threaded stud includes a guide flange, hardened raceway, and a front socket for hex key or, upon request, a screwdriver slot.

High-sealing protection system, full complement of ground cylindrical rollers, and lubrication ensured by holes and channels in the stud. Standard tolerance or P5 (DIN 620) available on request.

RSU drive roller for heavy loads and impacts

RSU rollers are ideal for demanding applications such as pressure rollers, cam followers, and conveyor systems, thanks to their thick outer ring with double ground flange and central crowning to handle both radial and axial loads. Versions with cylindrical outer profile are also available on request.

The inner ring is equipped with holes and channels for lubrication. Ground washers and sealing plates, press-fitted on the outer ring, create a labyrinth protection system. One washer can be closed for end-shaft mounting.

The structure is full complement with ground cylindrical rollers. Available with standard tolerance or in P5 class (DIN 620) on request.

Drawn cup needle bearing with integral flanges

Needle bearings with integral flanges form a single, non-separable unit, with outer ring, cage assemblies, and rollers assembled together. They offer high load capacity in a compact size and are available with or without an inner ring.

The version without an inner ring is suitable for applications where the shaft is hardened and ground to serve as the raceway. The version with an inner ring is used when the shaft is not suitable for this purpose.

Both rings are made of UNI 100Cr6 steel, hardened to 60 ± 2 HRC. The cages are made of stamped sheet metal. Lubrication is ensured by a groove and a hole in the outer ring. The inner ring allows axial displacement. RS seals are available on request.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings for high loads

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings, series 811, 812, 874, 893, and 894, are designed to support high axial loads in limited spaces. They consist of a cage with cylindrical rollers, a shaft washer (WS), and a housing washer (GS), providing precise guidance and structural rigidity.

They can also be used without washers if the adjacent surfaces are suitable, offering compact and versatile solutions. GS and WS washers are made of UNI 100Cr6 / 100CrMo7 steel (or 18NiCrMo5 on request), with a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC. The cages, usually in solid bronze, are also available in light alloy.

The combined rolling/sliding motion ensures low friction coefficients. Standard tolerance or, upon request, P5/P6.

High-capacity radial roller bearing with outer grooves

Radial roller bearings with grooves on the outer ring are double-row bearings, featuring two inner rings with integral flanges that ensure precise axial guidance. Designed for extreme loads, they offer high dynamic and static capacity thanks to their robust construction and large number of rollers.

The rings are made of 100Cr6 steel, hardened to 60 ± 2 HRC, with the option of 18NiCrMo5 steel for applications subject to heavy impacts. The axially split inner rings are joined by a shaped steel element.

Supplied with side seals in plastic material and lubricated with lithium soap grease. Lubrication is possible through either the outer or inner ring.

Spherical plain bearing for alternating or constant loads, including maintenance-free options

CR spherical plain bearings are ideal for compensating misalignment between shaft and housing, especially under low sliding speed conditions. They are available in two designs:

Steel-on-steel, suitable for alternating loads. Made from hardened and phosphated UNI 100Cr6/100CrMo7 steel, with treated surfaces for high wear resistance. Equipped with lubrication grooves and holes on both rings; also available in 2RS version with double-lip sliding seals.

Maintenance-free, designed for constant loads and environments with insufficient lubrication. The outer ring is split in two halves and internally lined with a fiberglass-reinforced plastic material. The inner ring is made of 100Cr6/100CrMo7 steel. These bearings are also prepared for anti-corrosion lubrication.
