Cometo: here is the new straightening machine for wire bars MRB180

The new Cometo MRB180 straightening machine is designed for the straightening of hot-rolled wire bars, cut for random checking during the winding process, in order to get samples to be used for laboratory tension tests.

Four motorized rollers push the wire into a wire-straightener equipped with idle rollers, whereas four other motorized rollers pull it out. This machine is inteded for wires with a diameter ranging from 5.5 mm to 26.0 mm

Setting the MRB180 to a new diameter requires less than 6 minutes.
