Eurotek is happy to present its latest achievements in extrusion head production.

Here you can find one of several products manufactured by the company: the ECS30_DS-C HEAD. It is a triple-layer extrusion head specifically designed for cable production in the building industry.

It is suitable for the production of low voltage cables up to 30mm outer Ø with filling, sheath and skin.  Equipped with double centering system. The head features a double centering system and can manage the temperature of the inner layer when processing rubber-based compounds.

Additionally, it comes with a practical, totally AUTOMATIC and operator friendly distributor support and extraction system, featuring a guided trolley that facilitates all cleaning steps while optimizing maintenance time.

Among the numerous models by Eurotek, there is also the ECM35_DS_TH. This head enables the production of energy and transportation cables, specifically double-layer rubber cables on a vulcanization catenary line (CV- LINE), featuring insulation and sheathing, suitable for low voltage applications with an outer diameter of up to Ø35 mm.



The ECM35_DS_TH offers front centering capabilities and allows for the adjustment of each layer's thickness by calibrating the distance between the molds through axial adjustment of the wire guide. Crafted from high-quality, corrosion-resistant steel, the head features independent temperature control zones, ensuring efficient and uniform process temperature control.

Additionally, the product is equipped with a specific support system for CV-Line processing, allowing for quick installation in the plant and adjustment of the wire axis inclination. The handling and cleaning of the two distributors are managed through a telescopic extraction system with controlled release.
