An add-on to determine the CO2 emissions of your extrusion line

Right before the participation in the wire show in Düsseldorf, Rosendahl Nextrom presented a powerful innovation. It's called ESG, short for Environment Social Governance, and it is a module that combines smart algorithms and ultra-precise measurement tools to determine the accurate CO2 consumption of a production line.

The system continuously records consumption data of electricity, water, compressed air, and raw materials consumed and converts them into kg of CO2. A concrete way to know the environmental footprint of one's production and be able to present it, data in hand, to anyone who prompts. We all know that environmental criteria are bound to become even more stringent in the future, and, likely, extrusion companies will also increasingly need to document their processes and CO2 emissions.
The ESG solution is a module that complements the RIO control line, Rosendahl's operation system that keeps track of the manufacturing processes with significant advantages for productivity.
