The newly developed rope conservator RORC 17 applies permanent elastic corrosion protection all over the rope and its individual wires.

The rope bundle is briefly opened shortly and the heated grease/wax is applied at the same time. When the rope bundle is sealed again, the rope is jacketed with the required polymer.

Rosendahl uses a new online monitoring system for the grease/wax coating application. This ensures high quality and performance control during the entire conservation process.
