Additionally, the optimized brake body casting now includes an alphanumeric marking for traceability, ensuring greater quality and safety.

CAB65-2_BP mono-actuating pneumatic brake

The new CAB65-2_BP mono-actuating pneumatic brake represents the evolution of the previous CAB65-2 model, widely used on rigid stranding machines for wire tensioning. Fully interchangeable with the previous model, both in dimensions and maximum performance, the CAB65-2_BP brake introduces technical innovations that allow it to operate at extremely low pressures (down to 0.2 bar).
This result was achieved through the optimization of the internal pressure chamber and the introduction of a new piston guiding system. The new CAB65-2_BP brake enables precise tension control even with small-section wires up to the end of the spool.
