Forged reel for high-resistance steel wire - BTE/F

Forged reel in hardened high-resistance steel, fully turned. The available sizes are as per DIN 46397 specifications or as indicated by the Customer, for a normal use up to 315 mm of flange diameter. This reel is dynamically balanced for speeds up to 12000 rpm with a residual unbalance lower than 5 grams. Indicated for high-resistance steel wire (steel cord). To be used for very high speed processing. It withstands annealing treatment.
