EKP EasyKoil Plus, the coil lifting reel

In the pursuit of creating tools that simplify and optimize material handling processes, the company has designed and patented a take-apart reel that serves as a coil lifter.

How does the lifting process occur? When the lifting rings of the coil are in the LIFT position, the barrel expands during the lifting operation, raising the coil upwards. When the lifting rings are in the FREE position, the barrel compresses during lifting, releasing the coil.

All internal parts are made of hardened steel, ensuring durability over time. The coil can be dynamically balanced and is precisely machined on the parts in contact with the wire. Available for flanges with a diameter equal to or greater than 800 mm, the reel can be supplied with 4, 6, or 8 slots for the application of metal straps, or with circular slots for the application of a cardboard barrel. It can also be supplied with changeable flanges to create coils of different widths.
