Technical specifications

The reels are constructed from pressed steel, with flange thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 6 mm. Both flat and pressed flanges are available to suit specific requirements. The reels can be painted according to customer specifications, ensuring protection and aesthetic appeal. Reels can be also customized in weight, logo, and numbering, either engraved or painted. Additional features include dynamic balancing, powder painting, and reinforced barrels for enhanced durability.

Standard dimensions

The SW-Single Wall reels come in various standard flange sizes, including 400 mm, 560 mm, 630 mm, 760 mm, 800 mm, and 1000 mm. Custom dimensions are also available.

Processing vs. shipment models

Engineered for processing applications, the processing model is robust enough to handle the stresses of wire drawing and bunching. It can be dynamically balanced and reinforced to ensure maximum performance and longevity.
Conversely, the shipment model is designed for lightweight and single-use applications such as transporting wire to the final user.
