Take apart reel: Easykoil plus

The patented take apart reel Easykoil plus can work as a coil lifter: with lifting rings in “LIFTING” position the barrel expand during lifting operation and take the coil up. With lifting rings in “FREE” position, the barrel collapses during lifting operation and sets the coil free. All internal parts are manufactures with hardened steel.

Easykoil plus is available for 800 mm diameter flange and over. Can be dynamically balanced and it is machined on the parts in contact with the wire.

Easykoil plus can be supplied with 4, 6 or 8 slots for metal straps insertion and can be also supplied with circular slots in the flanges to fit cardboard barrel.

Easykoil plus can be supplied with changeable flanges for the production of coils having a different width. To prevent wearing problems, due to high rotation speeds, hardened changeable bushings are recommended.
