Its flagship products are the high quality steel spools for welding wire and spool machines, that allow smooth and easy wire winding and unwinding. Both BS and K series are made out of copper drawn steel wire with a 4,0 mm diameter and are available with plastic coating, which guarantees high adherence and wear resistance during transportation.

The BS series spools, especially built for layer winding, offer a unique stability, allowing weights of wire up to 27 kg. They are able to tolerate high-speed winding, guaranteeing improved productivity and an excellent impact and wear resistance. No adapter is needed when mounting the spool to the welding machine.

Geometries and tolerances of the spools belonging to the K series aren't so tight as the BS spools, therefore they allow weights of wire up to 15 kg and medium/high-speed random and layer winding. When mounting the spool to the welding machine an adapter is needed.

New Spool is very attentive to environmental issues. The BS and K series meet today’s and tomorrow’s environmental requirements, in fact when melting spools for recycling the process doesn't produce any detrimental gas or residue and the plastic decomposes mainly as steam.
