Ringforming - welding machine

Equipped with a PLC system placed in a metal cabinet with an electronic welding controller and two servo motor drives, this machines operates fully automatically and is fed by a coiled wire taken off from a decoiler.
Thanks to an independent roller device, which is driven by an electric servo motor, the wire is straightened and fed into the bending rolls by a roller feeding device. The ring is then cut off and carried to the welding unit. Once the welding operation is concluded the ring is then removed from the welder.
