Eurolls: rolls, cassettes and machinery for the wire industry on exhibit

Eurolls SpA, leader in the production of Rolls, Cassettes and leading edge Machinery for the Wire Industry, is glad to announce its participation at Wire Düsseldorf 2018 trade show.

The company, with 30+ years of experience, is an internationally recognized reference point in the fields of wire production and processing. Eurolls solutions span the full range of wire production equipment: from cold rolled to high strength/ductility stretched reinforcement to industrial wire (low-medium-high carbon and titanium based alloys) and LRPC high carbon wire/strand/rope. Moreover, the presence of Vitari technology has further strengthened the position of the Company in the wire processing industry with new achievements in high grade chain production machines, wire straightening and cutting machines, chainlink mesh, barbed wire and nail machines.

To underline this wide spectrum of solutions, the Eurolls stand will showcase both wire production and processing equipment. A multiblock NTD wire line for reinforcement and industrial wire production/applications will present both the traditional drawing process and the well-established/highly efficient cold rolling process with Eurolls cassettes. For what concerns wire processing, the company will expose the new high-speed NR400 straightening and cutting line for ferrous and nonferrous material (Ø 12 mm max.). This line can be supplied with either the traditional rotary spinner (as exhibited) or roll straightening panels, plus other accessories, in accordance with the entry material quality, geometrical configuration e.g. ribbed reinforcement, square, twisted square, triangle, non-round profiles, etc. Furthermore, a strapped coil of ribbed high strength/ductility reinforcement will be also presented in the stand to highlight Eurolls presence in reinforcement production (cold rolling/stretching lines together with the exhibited Eurolls cassettes type CA and CB) and processing fields (NR straightening and cutting lines).

Unveiled at the Show will be the brand-new Eurolls Microcassette. The new model is directly equipped with sensors and related electronics and which will allow users to monitor the conditions of use of the cassette and Eurolls to provide, on the basis of the collected data, a better after-sales support.
