Microcassettes for industrial wire

Microcassettes (type C) allow for processing wire of various materials with input diameters from 5.5 mm to 10.00 mm and achieving tight tolerances. Due to their compact size, they can replace traditional die boxes in multi-pass drawing lines. Microcassettes offer higher productivity compared to traditional cassettes as the rolls have a longer lifespan, faster tool changeover (and consequently less machine downtime), and higher speeds,all while reducing power consumption and lubricant usage. Modular cassettes for industrial wire

For special wire processing such as flux cored, titanium, stainless steel, or other dedicated materials, Eurolls has designed modular rolling cassettes (type D), water-cooled and characterized by compact dimensions (weight ranging from 8 to 16 kg and height from 200 to 260 cm). These particular cassettes are modular, allowing for the formation of multi-stage units by connecting staggered 90° modules in series. This enables the distribution of large section reductions over multiple modules and reduces machine downtime for tool change over, increasing performance. This type of cassette is suitable for rolling wires with input diameters ranging from 4.5 mm to 10.00 mm.

Smart Cassette 4.0

Eurolls has implemented digital integration, Industry 4.0, and other automation systems to enhance its customers' production processes. The new "Smart Cassette 4.0," developed in collaboration with the University of Udine, is the evolution of the prototype born in 2019, which has been enhanced with digital sensors to monitor production performance.
