From Promills, a handy and effective kit for the setting of rolling cassettes

Promills, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cold rolling cassettes and turks head rolls, has developed a fast and convenient method for the preliminary setting of rolling cassettes, that besides being functional, is also portable and very cheap.

The kit consists of an electronic microscope with a focus range from zero to infinity and appropriate adapters for the various models of cassettes; The microscope is equipped with LEDs for the display area direct illumination and it is able to connect to any PC with a USB port. A tutorial video on YouTube, subtitled with text captions, explains step by step how to quickly perform a perfect adjustment of the rolls.   The kit can be used on any type of cassette or microcassette produced by Promills and, with proper precautions, even on many other commercially available models.  
Promills addresses to companies operating in the production of smooth and ribbed wire for the reinforced concrete industry, of standard profiles such as triangles, squares, hexagonals or special profiles, and to the companies which compact cables and metal ropes. Promills rolling cassettes are suitable for Ø1 to Ø25 mm wires.
