Achieving ISO 50001:2018 renewal, the result of Ervin’s sustained dedication
After significant efforts by the Amasteel management team in Glaubitz, the staff at Ervin is thrilled to announce the recent extension of the ISO 50001:2018 certification until 2026. Commitment to sustainable practices is evident as both the company’s German manufacturing facilities hold this accreditation, with Sprockhövel being recognized since 2015 and Glaubitz since 2014.
The ISO 50001:2018 is granted to organizations dedicated to minimizing their impact, conserving resources, and enhancing their bottom line through effective energy management.
René Spandler, Plant Manager Glaubitz, shared his thoughts on the achievement: “We are immensely proud that the collective efforts of our team have been recognized through the ISO 50001:2018 accreditation. We have taken significant strides in boosting energy efficiency in Glaubitz, and we continue to innovate as part of Ervin’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.”
