PS Costruzioni presents new automatic double-head spooling line

PS Costruzioni Meccaniche, leading manufacturer of cables packaging lines, has been meeting customer’s needs for over 50 years, by combining high quality with skills and innovations. The latest example of such principles is the new automatic double-head spooling line PS 630/15-2B.

This machine can wind up cables with diameter ranging from 4 up to 16 mm and is equipped with:

- two pay off systems;
- one labeling machine;
- one automatic pallet unit;
- control devices such as spark tester, lump detector and ink jet cable printer etc.

The main feature of this new line is its ability to sort out the processed material into two different types of pallets: one with good cable spools, the other with faulty cable ones.
