Aitmac: “Pleasantly surprised by the Wire Expo USA 2018”

Aitmac, Inc supplies the wire, rod and cable industries in the USA with the brand names of Cometo, Tramev and Appiani.
The Canada based company also provides a sales and service hub for Lesmo & Eurodraw Energy machinery spares.

Aitmac's CEO, Edwin Pasterk, comments on their participation to the Wire Expo, which was held in Nashville, Tennessee from the 14th to the 16th of May 2018:

“To be honest, we did not expect a lot from a fair that is certainly not at the top of the list for importance, but I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. The first day we were even inundated by visitors, at least in the morning, both by customers and new contacts. All very professional and competent, from which several negotiations emerged. The following day, second and last, there were only some visitors during the morning, however always interested in the products exhibited and also attracted by devices in operation. In North America, customers want to see and touch with their hands. So summarizing, a small fair, modest as a presentation, typically American, but very productive and ideal for connecting or consolidating relationships. I can say that for Aitmac it was a very positive result.”
